Windows 10: Reset windows 10

Hi, I've got windows 10. After the latest update, I have two problems: 1) after login on my account I get a black window and after one o two restart finally I can see the icons 2) anyway, some app no longer work and if I try to reinstall I get the message "installation directory must be on a local drive" even if the C disk exists! I'm thinking about to reset initial OS windows 10 but during reinstall I'm asked to insert any administration password? I've got only my account password. Thanks in advance!

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
