Windows 10: Reset Windows 10

I want to reset my laptop because of some issues.My Defender is not working properly,it shows Engine Unavailable also Security Updates fail to install , so after resetting will Defender work properly and updates will start to install?Also will I face any issue while resetting my PCMy PC is newmaybe 6-7 months old and doesn't have anything except Microsoft Teams and Avast Free Antivirus. So how much time will it take to reset my PC?Please reply as fast as possible and please available at this forum for next 2 days. Please I am a student and this is my first laptop so I'm worried

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
