Windows 10: Reset Windows 11 22H2 for new owner problem

I just sold my win 11 PC, but I need to wipe all my details from the SSD.How do I reset the PC so that when the owner gets it , he can set up his own name and MS login, password ?Online, all I can find are solutions involving me, having to fill in the new owners details, which I do not know. I would like the new Windows 11 install to be the same, as when one purchases a laptop in a shop. Can someone please give me a sequence of steps?Many thanks

Question - Reset Windows 10 new owner

Hello, I have purchased a new Windows 11 computer & down the road a little bit I want to give my Windows 10 desktop to a family member. If I wipe my Windows 10 clean and use an install ISO copy, can the new owner set it up as is or would they need to purchase a Windows 10 license??

The give away Windows 10 is running the 22H2 and I did download that version. My dilema is that Windows 10 is on that computer with the very original upgrade years ago when it first came out and you could get it free. I have never purchased Windows 10 physically. So basically this would be a freebie if it can be reset with a new user.

Cannot update Windows 11 to build 22h2

Need more help than support web site offers. I would like to update a Windows Pro 21h2 to 22h2.

I've tried every suggestion at Troubleshoot problems updating Windows - Microsoft Support short of "Perfrom a clean installation of Windows 11." That list is comprehensive and includes everything I would have thought of on my own and then some. None of the troubleshooting suggestions solved the problem. The system in question is a Lenovo ThinkCentre M90n desktop running Windows 11 Pro Version 21H2.

In addition to all the steps at the above link, I've also tried installing by using Windows 11 Installation Assistant. Installation Assistant downloads and goes through the long installation process. But then very shortly after the reboot starts, it says, "Undoing changes" and boots back into the old build.
