Windows 10: Reset windows and now it won’t reinstall windows

My computer was crashing. So it would restart and than would bootloop and never get back into windows. So i kept restarting and restarting and than i finally was able to get to windows login, i would than put in My pin and it would crash again and it was just continuously doing so. I would sometimes be able to get winddows to finally load up than I would start a game or just be on google chrome and it would crash again. So i finally reset windows thinking it would help. So i did a full reset deleting all files apps etc. and now it did the reset process and now when pc starts up it says it cant reinstall windows. Idk what is going on i am lost and need help. I dont know why it was crashing all of a sudden.

Windows updates won't install!

I had the same problem when i repaired my O/S, i forgot the steps on how to fixed it, but it is in the microsoft support forum.

You have to reinstall the windows updater, then restart the updating service.

Volume Mute Light won´t change color

Which steps did you perform? Was this from a clean boot?
Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste this command: shutdown /r /o /f /t 00
It will boot to the recovery options or windows advanced troubleshooting menu.
Click troubleshooting and click reset this computer. You will be saving files. Applications and programs will be removed. Windows will be reinstalled.
Enter your windows logon password.
You will see getting things ready with rotating dots.
Click resetting this PC.
It will then display the HP logo with resetting this PC with rotating dots and a percentage.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
