    Reset windows to first configuration


    My windows 10 is stuck on language downloading and also on rebooting. How can I reset it back to the first configuration where windows asks to set the language and other options for the first time?Thanks[Moved to IT-IT to EN-US]

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
