Windows 10: Reset

Hello,

I have an urgent problem. I tried the reset option on windows 10 because my computer was getting too slow. I set it at night and it took the whole night and when i checked my laptop in the morning it was stuck at 88% and it stayed like that for like 2 hours or more. When i logged in i thought it was all over but there were many probs with my graphic card when i right click on the dekstop it takes like 5 minutes before giving me and answers, i couldn't get in the nvidia settings to set it as a main graphic card for games :i have two graphic cards: . This happened althought i checked if all drivers are updated especially my graphic card. Since i suspected there was a problem after that an update started concerning my graphic card that didn't seem to need one, first i obviously let the update finish then i tried to uninstall it from gtx force configuration pannel but when i tried to install it, it didn't want to. So i uninstalled avast because it got installed after the reset and i rebooted. I then tried to check if there were any changes on nvidia. I started having blue screens and my laptop started rebooting althought i had to force it to shut down once since it took like 15 minutes. Then whenever it runs i get the blue screen again until i got the one with " windows didn't finish charging.." and that gave me many options. So obviously it's like there were some damaged files after the reset. I found that resetting it again so that windows well get installed can be the best solution and that's what i did. The same story is repeating itself. The reset took all night and now my computer is stuck at 88% for few hours now. WHAT SHOULD I DO? I NEED MY COMPUTER DURING THIS CRISIS

Ps: after the reset my laptop was slower than ever and my hardware was used at 100% althought there were no apps used.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.
