Windows 10: Reseting Laptop stuck

I started a factory rest today on my laptop after not being able to play games for more then 2 minutes without my screen freezing. when it would freeze i could task manager my game but whenever id boot it back up 2 minutes later it would happen again. However now my problem is my laptop has been resetting for almost 12-13 hours now and still hasn’t gone up one percent. it’s been stuck at one percent for so long and i’m not sure what to do to fix this and i’m worried doing something may brick or fail my hardware

Resetting the laptop stuck at 99%

I bought an Acer. When the laptop was switched on at the shop, i skipped the step where i had to insert my microsoft email add.

The laptop was functioning normally, windows 10 were installed. Then at home, i tried to sign in but it didnt work out. I went back to the shop and they had to reset the laptop but its stuck at 99%. The resetting is taking hours and hours. Is this normal?
All programs have been lost as well. Please help.

 

Stuck at 64% after reset.

• What other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
