Windows 10: Resetting Computer.

Hello everyone! I’m hoping somone can help me with this issue I have.

a little while back I tried to mess with settings to make a game run a bit smoother but upon messing with stuff and restarting my computer I am not able to connect to the internet or have sound NOR reset it. The volume icon is gone, and so is the connection icon. Troubleshooting can’t identify the peoblem. When i try other things i get an error message with a number (cant recall at the moment i’ on my mobile). I tried resetting my computer as well and i could not do it either, i tried the command prompt way and it didnt work. Hope you guys can help me.

side note: I’m not good with computers at all.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

One computer cannot access other network computers.


So I've tried every troubleshooting step I know:

• Double checked that Net Bios was enabled
• Ran a bunch of network commands:
  • flushed DNS
  • registered dns
  • pinged and located the named computers successfully
• Reset my router to factory settings

Nothing works when I try to access via explorer. I'm still baffled by the fact that every other computer can access each other AND access this computer. It's just the outgoing connection from this machine that doesn't work.

Any thoughts?
