    Resetting error


    Hi. I just tried factory ressetting my pc but a problem had occurred. It froze at 2 percent whilst resetting, so I searched up what to do and it said to unplug power source which I did. But then is took me to A Black screen with the MSI logo on in and had "preparing" loading underneath. IT then showed and error stating

    "This computer restarted unexpectaly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows. Click ok to restart the computer and then restart the installation"


    I pressed ok and it restarted my computer but brought me back to the exact same screen displaying the exact same error. Everytime I click ok it does the same thing. I tried unplugging the power source again but the same process occurred. Please help me I need to know to fix this asap. Any help is much appreciated

    Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

    RAID 0 Error

    I did what you suggested and I got a boot media error telling me to insert a OS disk. I removed them from RAID, installed vista again and ran some diagnostics on the now individual drives and all programs (Speedfan, Seatools, Everest etc) listed the drives as healthy and up to spec in terms of performance.

    Sorry for the late reply, ive been reinstalling all my software etc.
    Just wanted to conclude the thread, thanks for all your suggestions guys.

    Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
