    Resetting Laptop


    Hi, I decided to factory reset my laptop die to an app taking nearly 100GB of storage and me being unable to locate it even tried control panel I reset my laptop completely just to arrive back at the login screen with my account, and I had to write the password which I did. A screen popped up saying Invalid user or something along those lines. I did some research and went into safe mode holding the shift and restart thing.After completing it twice, both times it has landed me ln a black screen and unable to do anything but move my cursor around the screen.
