Windows 10: Resetting my computer as my computer has got stuck in the "automatic repair couldn't fix...

My computer has been stuck in the "Automatic Repair Couldn't Fx Your Computer" loop. I have tried all the methods to resolve the issue, but it still doesn't work. And regarding this, I have two questions:-

1. Will the option "Reset this PC" work?

2. If the 1st query works, I am using a pirated version of Windows 10, and I thought of buying an actual license of Windows 10 in 2021. So when I reset my PC will Windows 10 still be available or do I have to install a new Windows 10 license on the computer. Also, I have no problem if my Windows 10 gets installed as the older version that is Windows 8.
So please reply as soon as possible about this issue.....

Can’t reset or turn back stuck in automatic repair, and after attempts now there is no system administrator on pc.

It is possible that there is an issue with the system files of Windows 10. If you're unable to recover your computer using the different options in the Advanced page of Windows Recovery (WinRe) environment, we suggest resetting your computer and choose either
to keep your files or remove everything. Resetting your computer will revert the system files of Windows 10 to default and it will address the "stuck in automatic repair" issue. Since you can access the Windows Recovery (WinRe) environment, you can perform
a reset by performing these steps:

• In WinRe, choose Troubleshoot.
• Select Reset this PC.
• Choose Keep my files. Please take note that the programs that you've installed will be removed. You need to re-install the programs again after the reset process.
• Wait for the reset process to finish.
• After resetting your computer, kindly observe if you will be able to log-in to the computer.

Automatic repair not fixing anything

After updating Windows yesterday (Nov. 14th), about half a hour later my laptop freezed and buzzed. I rebooted it several time, kept going back to the same sign "automatic Repair couldn
t repair your PC" I am stuck on an automatic repair loop since then. The resetting is not functionning as well as the recovery system. I cannot restart my laptop on Safe Mode ..no matter what i do, i m back to the loop with not knowing what to do next.Iwould
welcome any help that could be provided to me. I desperate to find a solution. .. this laptop is only 6 months old brand new. Thx
