Windows 10: Resetting My Computer

I am having some issues resetting my computer and I can't quite figure out why. For some reason when I go to reset it through Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Reset this PC > Get started.

It will begin to reset, but then after waiting for a while it will then take me to a blue screen with four options and it says at the top that it has ran into a problem. When i log back in it gives me a pop up message saying "We ran into an error nothing has changed." i want to reset it back to its original state as if it was straight out of the box. I am not sure how I should go about this. Help please.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

One computer cannot access other network computers.


So I've tried every troubleshooting step I know:

• Double checked that Net Bios was enabled
• Ran a bunch of network commands:
  • flushed DNS
  • registered dns
  • pinged and located the named computers successfully
• Reset my router to factory settings

Nothing works when I try to access via explorer. I'm still baffled by the fact that every other computer can access each other AND access this computer. It's just the outgoing connection from this machine that doesn't work.

Any thoughts?
