Hello!I've been contemplating giving my PC a fresh start by resetting it, but I'm feeling a bit lost about where to begin. I know I'll need to reinstall my drivers, but I'm not sure if that's all there is to it. Are there any other components or software that I should be reinstalling to ensure my PC works properly again?My plan is to upload the necessary drivers onto a USB stick and reinstall them from there. • May we know why you reset your PC?
• Are you on an Insider build?
• What other troubleshooting steps have you done?
• When do you get the error message?
• Are you able to go to the desktop before getting the error message?
• Have you tested running your Windows on Safe Mode?

Are you having trouble reinstalling the webcam driver? If so, here's how you can update drivers in Windows 10:
