Windows 10: resetting of multiple peripheral allocations

We are using a home-made software in C++, aggregating multiple programs receiving signals via USB communications eye-tracking, Bluetooth, and target LED signals that run under Windows. Do you know any Windows function that enables stable control and resetting of multiple peripheral allocations?

• When you say that "Windows 10 I discover that the 2TB hard drive that I used for photographs only has been allocated for use as the primary root drive C", are you referring that 2TB drive is where Windows 10 is installed? Which drive have you exactly clean
  install Windows 10?
• What is the drive name where Windows 10 is previously installed?

Multiple Issues After Resetting Laptop

Hi,

I recently reset my laptop and since then I've been experiencing a whole host of issues:

• Windows search bar doesn't work
• Shop app won't open
• Won't allow me to change location settings
• Clock/calendar on my toolbar is unresponsive when I click on it

Any ideas what the problem might be, please? Advice / suggestions are very much appreciated!
