Windows 10: resetting pc gets stuck on 80%

Hi, i started my reset at 9:00 AM and until now the next day and it is stuck in 80% and its been about and the resetting is still not finised.i chose the keep files

Hi, i started my reset at 9:00 AM and until now(6:30 PM) it is stuck in 80% and its been about 9hrs and the resetting is still not finised.

I selected the "remove files and clean drive" option and until now it is still not finised.

Can somebody help me plss

Can you let us know why exactly are you trying to perform Reset of Pc?

As you system is stuck, we suggest you to hard reboot and then try performing reset again and check if the same issue occurs. If the same issue persists, then we suggest you to perform reset using Installation disk.

I would suggest you to download an ISO image of Windows 10 and try to create installation media using the Media Creation tool.

Follow the steps mentioned below to perform Reset of PC:

a. Insert the installation DVD or
USB and boot Windows 10 from it.
