Windows 10: Resetting this pc 69%

İm trying to reset my computer and my pc is stuck in %69 its been 30 min and still %69 the circle is moving what can i do pls help

I tried to reset my computer in the settings of windows 10 and i selected the delete all my files option. But its been stuck on Resetting this PC 69% for over 60 minutes now. There is a ethernet connection into the
PC

Thanks for the reply -its been stuck at 69% for over an hour now - the hdd light is permantly illuminated - not flashing -

indicating activity.

If there's no activity, Please try to Press the Power button for 5-10 seconds until the computer shutdown or Restart your PC.

**Please try to run SFC and DISM to check for any system errors and corrupted files.

After that, Restart your device then perform Reset again.
