Windows 10: Resetting this PC stuck at 37%

Hello I recently got an issue with my Laptop recently and it's that it says "resetting this pc 37% it has been like this for surely more than 8 hours maybe even 10. The disk icon is intermittent but I don't know if I should wait or try powering off my laptop and turn it on because I'm afraid I'll get a blue screen everytime I'll try to boot it up.

Windows 10 upgrade stucks at 37%

Well, after 3 days of getting stuck at 37% I start believing "this will take awhile". I started upgrading to windows 10 from a new clean install of windows 7 home premium sp1, including all updates. In my innocence I thought that would make it easier.
Since then I tried everything suggested. Still at 37%. I need a windows 10 key I guess but won't buy one, something might happen.

A Code 37 error basically means that the driver installed for the

You may refer to the methods below and check if it helps:

Method 1:

I suggest you to update all your drivers in device manager and check if it helps.

Method 2:

I suggest you to sign out from the current user account, restart the pc and login to the admin account or the Microsoft account to check if that helps.

I also suggest you to install any pending updates on the pc to check if that helps. Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.

Method 3:

I suggest you to plug in the USB device and run the hardware troubleshooter to check if that helps.

Hardware and devices troubleshooter:

Try the followings steps:

• Click "Search" and type "Troubleshooting" without quotes and hit enter.

• Click “Hardware and Sound”

• Select "Hardware and Devices"

• Click next to run the troubleshooter.
