Windows 10: Resetting windows 10 on laptop

My laptop - HP pavilion gaming 15

I recently ran into some errors after a windows update, and i am trying to reset it back erasing everything.fully clean the drive

And i know it takes a couple of hours like 4 to 6 hrs, but its been saying its at 18% for more than 4 hours now and im getting worried something went wrong.

Im doing it plugged in charge of course, but for a few seconds there was a power cut at my place, so it might have come off charge and then back on. But this was just for a few seconds.

And i can still see the dots circling animation to know its not stuck. But it reached 18% and has stayed there for more than 4, 4 and a half hours.


So does it mean something went wrong and i have to redo the process all over if thats even possible, or is this normal?
