Windows 10: Resetting Windows 10 PC before sale/disposal

Have just purchased a new Windows 11 PC and managed to migrate my files and folders over from my old Windows 10 PC by using the OneDrive transfer option.Before I move my old PC on by either selling of gifting it, I have performed the "Reset this PC" process within the system recovery area. I opted to clean everything and after several hours the operation was complete and a "clean" version of Windows 10 was reinstalled.My problem is that during the set up process for this new installation I came to the Microsoft Account sign-in screen. However there appeared to be no way to skip this step in or

Reseting PC for Sale

Can anyone else help with this issue? I'm not really interested in fixing the problem (where the system comes up stuck on the keyboard selection language) - I'm really just trying to clean off the system for sale:

"I am trying to do a reset on my PC so that I can remove all files before selling it. I've already done a clean sweep using Laplink's PC Mover utility, but I'd like to take this last step for peace-of-mind."
