    Hello thereMy Acer cannot update its Win 10; it stays stuck at 2%, which appearently is a common problem with acers.Anyway, I thus have to reinstall Windows 10.I bought the notebook with Win 8 and made an upgrade to Win 10 at the time....So I do have a digital license. I verified this in the settings.I downloaded the latest Media Creation Tool and set up a recovery on the USB-Stick.When I boot, I get in the menu and it works well, but now it asks for a product key, which I do not have since I have a digital license....Can anyone tell me what to do...?

    What do you mean by digital license "key"? I've heard of a digital license for Windows 10, and I've heard of a Product Key for Windows 10, but I've never heard of a digital license key.

    Windows 10 upgrade license

    Hello guys,

    I have 1 license of WIndows 8.1 FPP/retail license. I want to upgrade to WIndows 10, but I one thing is unclear to me.
    If I upgrade, will WIndows 10 license be retail or it will "turn" into some sort of OEM license?

    I ask this because I upgrade my PC, you know, more memory, replace HDD, and I intend to upgrade the MB and CPU to Kaby Lake platform sometime in the future, (and of course sell the replaced hardware)
    This thing is not clearly mentioned anywhere.
