Windows 10: Resetting Windows 10

Hey, I had to reset my PC. After the reset, 1 My PC appears to be SLOWER!2 Many apps do not even open when I click on the icons. Store is missing on the PC.3 I see lots of 'to be downloaded arrows' which say: "A great app is on its way."4 The account picture is never visible even on lock screen or even in the SETTINGS app.Please help me.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
