Windows 10: Resetting Windows 10

My C: Drive has overloaded and I want to make space by resetting my windows 10. If I click on 'Remove Everything',does it delete files of only C: drive or also other drives? I have some important files in other drives.

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
