Windows 10: Resetting Windows Acer

I own an Acer Nitro Windows computer and I had wanted to reset it, however, when I attempted it would go through but then say there was a problem. I tried flushing my ip dns and resetting my router, none of which seemed to work. I then deleted a ton of files and now my computer in general seems broken as it works alot slower and only a select few apps work, exist, can be opened, and can be downloaded, most can't. What's worse is I can't reset my computer still, now it doesn't even get past the preparation, getting stuck at 100% indefinitely. I've tried advanced startup and it also doesn't work

Reset Acer Travelmate to factory settings

Hi all, I have an Acer Travelmate with Win10 (1607), I would like to save Win 10 to a stick, then reset the laptop back to factory settings and then reinstall Win10. There is no program on the laptop that requires saving. Any advice or suggestions, not to technical, would be very much appreciated, thanks Roy

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
