Windows 10: Residuals and left over registries and services of uninstalled programs

Dear Microsoft , I am trying to find a solution for residuals and left out folders and registries of uninstalled programs which possess some problems .When i uninstall a program some programs leave some residuals in registries and install location even selection of option to clear residuals and left off , clear all keys and registries and similar check boxes . But after uninstalling and restarting my pc also some of their parts remain in my pc at storage location and registries . I have to clear their registries manually . For some application the services are also not get removed from service

All the applications and programs installed on the computer will be located under
Programs and Features window in Control panel.

Before assisting further, how did you uninstall Google Chrome on the computer?

You will be able to completely uninstall and remove the relevant files of a program or an application from the computer in
Program and Features window.

Follow the steps below to uninstall Google Chrome files and folders completely from the computer and check if the issue is resolved.

• Press Windows logo + R keys on the keyboard, type
  appwiz.cpl and press Enter.
• Check if Google Chrome is located in the window.
• If yes, select the program and click on Uninstall
  option.
• After the uninstalling process is complete, close the window and check if the changes are effective.

If the issue persists, I suggest you to check if the program developer has a program removal kit for that particular program and uninstall the program completely from the PC.

Uninstalling Difficult Programs

Try uninstalling norton when it doesn`t want to go. Services , registry entries , startup entries , "extra" programs....! AAArrrggghhhh !

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO FIND AND GET RID OF ALL THE RESIDUALS LEFT BY GOOGLE CHROME AFTER UNINSTALLING? WITHOUT HAVING TO BUY INTO A PROGRAM OR SOMETHING? IS THIS POSSIBLE FOR A NON GEEK LIKE ME TO DO? THANKS IN ADVANCE
