Windows 10: Resize Legend in Performance Monitor?

I was wondering if there is a way to resize or pop out the graph legend at the bottom of the performance monitor window. Trying to resize it with my mouse does nothing and I don't see any options to open it in a separate window. Any help would be appreciated.

Kindly follow the steps below on how you can open the Performance Monitor:

• 
  Click Start , click in the Start Search box, type
  perfmon , and press ENTER.
  
• 
  In the navigation tree, click Monitoring Tools , and then double-click
  Performance Monitor .

Thank you for your response.

In this case, we would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check.

1. Launch Skype.
2. Drag the Skype Window to secondary monitor.
3. Resize the window as per your preference.
4. Maximize the Window and Restore Down.
5. Then close the skype window in secondary monitor.
6. Then try re-launching and check if the issue resolves.
