    Resolution issue

    Hi,

I have a Dell XPS15 7590 with a 4k display, when I change the setting of resolution from 4k to 1080p it turns the screen small I guess it shows the hole image in pixel need for 1080p but it appears smaller as It is 4k display. It's like this since a window update in 2020. It's possible to have 1080p full screen ?

I have already try all things in Settings->System->display and no improvement.
