Windows 10: Resolution messed up after new Nvidia geforce graphics update

Hello so I have a problem. When I try to install drivers newer than 517.48 my resolution messes up and I have only two options. I tried using DDU didn't work, changing display port also and I don't know what to do next. Maybe someone can help. Also I was using windows 10 updated to 11 same thing.

Hi. I updated the bios successfully, but the graphics driver still changes my resolution and I can’t turn it back without it being blurry (by using Nvidia Control Panel).

So I just built a new pc, and updated the nvidia graphics driver. After doing so, my resolution zoomed in and stretched. I’m now limited to two resolution options, both of which aren’t the correct size. It works fine if I roll back the driver, but then the performance isn’t great for games and videos etc. Windows is fully updated, and my gpu is the rog strix rtx 3060.

Help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

(I may need to update the bios, but i’m not sure how to do that. My motherboard is the Asus Tuf B560M-PLUS WIFI)

I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Nvidia GeForce graphic card
driver from the manufacturer website and check, if it works. Refer to the following steps to uninstall the
Nvidia GeForce graphic card driver from the Device Manager.



a. Click on Windows key + X key and then, select Device Manager.

b. Locate and expand “Display Adaptor” in the Device Manager Window.

c. Right-click on the “Display Adaptor” and click on “uninstall" the
Nvidia GeForce graphic card driver.

d. Restart the computer and check, if it works.
