Windows 10: Resolution stuck on 1024*768 after installing any version of nvidea driver except the one...

i got my new pc yesterday rtx 30601440p 165hz moniterwhen i first used it for 3-4 hourse it worked fine with latest drivers and today when i started my pc it is stuck on 1024*768 60hz and it is supposed to show aorus moniter now it's just showing wired display please help my parents got me this pc and now they will not spend single penny to fix it.i reinstalled windows multiple timesdrivers alsonothing workedmy motherboard gigabyte b660m d2h bios f4

Hi, I have purchased a new computer, all of the updates have been completed but I cannot get a better resolution other that 1024 x 768. I have tried uninstalling the nvidea and reinstall and nothing changes.

I've upgraded to Windows 10 about a month ago, and recently my screen resolution got stuck at 1024 x 768. I can't change it back to the usual 1360 X 768 because the screen just turns black, and I have to press enter to return to the previous setting. I can
"fool" it into setting to 1280 x 768 whenever I startup the new Catalyst installer, but it reverts to 1024 after I turn the computer on and off again.

My video card is a ATI Radeon 4800 HD.

 

My laptop is stuck on the 1024 x 768. Help.

So on my Windows 7 laptop, my resolution is stuck at 1024 x 768. I was on Task Manager and by mistake closed a process called explorer.exe. It removed the taskbar and made all of my desktop apps disappear. After I restart the computer it is gone but then
my resolution switches from 1280 x 720 to 1024 x 768. On the resolution panel, it shows nothing else and I cannot make a custom resolution. Please help.
