BSOD RESOURCE_NOT_OWNED

Hi,

computer start bluescreen multiple times saying "RESOURCE_NOT_OWNED"

found this thread Bug Check 0xE3 RESOURCE_NOT_OWNED - Windows drivers | Microsoft Docs but don't understand what should i do.

windows version is 1909

antivirus is windows defender

last software installed



what i've tried:
run sfc /scannow - found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.
run restore health - completed 100%
run dell diagnostic hardware - no hardware issue found
update driver & BIOS update via dell application
update ms office desktop application

but bluescreen still appear

hey..I was shutting down my pc, when suddenly a Blue Screen Of Death appears after the "Shutting Down" screen...resource_not_owned

Multiple BSOD before and while attempting to Install Windows 10

Alright, I tried to install onto the HDD and got the kernel security BSOD while Setup was running, during the step Installing Features.

I tried again, and this time it succeeded and my PC restarted as it should, but after a while at this loading screen:

I got another BSOD, this time RESOURCE_NOT_OWNED.

Now, when I try and boot up, I get this screen:
