    Rest My Computer


    I need to Reset my computer as it looks like my system restore has not been working. My computer came with windows 8, but I upgraded to 10 with the free upgrade offered by MS. If I go a reset, how do I keep Windows 10. it says we will reinstall windows and I do not have a disk?


    Any help would be appreciated on this or on the reset process

    It all depends on the rest of your systems. List system specs, although eidairaman's suggestion will work too.

    Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

    Will the rest of the platforms on my computer be okay if I switch out of S-mode?: I cannot connect to my schools wifi while in S-mode.
