Windows 10: rest stuck at 13 %

so i'm resetting a friend's pc and it's been stuck at 13% for more than 5 or 6 hours .what should i do next .

Hi Michael,

One of the possible cause to this issue is compatibility conflict. Some user reports that the latest version of Dragon 13 doesn't require Compatibility mode in order to run correctly. We suggest turning off Compatibility mode by following the steps below:

• Locate Dragon 13 shortcut and right click it.
• Select Properties from the list.
• Click on Compatibility tab and locate Run this program in compatibility mode for and uncheck it.
• Click OK to save the changes and try running the application again.

Stuck on Bios- custom PC - quick re-build ques

There is an updated UEFI Bios for this motherboard... but it's still listed as Beta and requires a complete clearout of the the previous Bios.

As the OP is still on "Small Steps" I think it would be prudent to let this pass... *Wink

HD 3870...Which BIOS? 13 listed

There are 13 listed BIOS's on the dl page. I have visionteks, which are basically ATI off the shelf models (like mostly all the rest). I'm water cooled, and running at 27C on both cards, but stuck on the 860 OC number. I'm assuming that the ATI one will work, but there are 3 different ones *Confused

I want as much voltage as possible. I'm using Tray Tools to run the cards, disabled CCC.
