Windows 10: Restart issue

I restarted my laptop bacause of an unrelated issue and in the process of installing windows 10 it's asking me for an email from a school organization while im in a different continent from it, what to do since im stuck in this page without the student's email required. There is no back option and i cannot move forward without the required email. I literally cannot do anything different at thia point. I have sent an email to the school, i hope it has reached i don't know when or whether they'll respond back. Please help.

Hard drive/ OS issue

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Win 10 1607 Restart Issue


I am having a Win 10 1607 restart issue.

In my case the PC tries to restart but the monitor screen goes black and then the monitor screen powers off.

The PC keeps running but will not restart.

I have to push the reset button to restart the PC.

Shut down works fine.

In both restart and shutdown there are no spinning dots...

Can any one help with this restart issue.

My next step is to go back to the previously installed version 1511 in which restart worked then do an upgrade from the 1607 ISO I downloaded.

If this fails I will bite the bullet and do a clean install but I would rather just resolve the issue if I can as I have Win 10 running just the way I like it:///
