Windows 10: Restart Loop After Restarting During Factory Reset

Hello! I have an Acer Nitro V 16, and it randomly started crashing, so I decided to perform a Factory Reset. It got stuck around 80%, and would not go up any further, so I tried restarting the computer to see if I could restart the reset. Now it's in an infinite restart loop, and whenever I try to access the WinRE screen, it says "undoing changes" under the loading sign, and does not enter WinRE. Please help me with this problem!

BSOD Loop restart.


I've been experiencing startup issues with my PC since last night. I go to startup and startup freezes. It seems that something is either stuck or freezing up on loading. Since it doesn't fully boot up, I have been hitting the reset button or holding the power button. It appears that this has made the problem worse. I went to startup this morning and am getting the same thing. Did the same steps of hitting reset and or holding the power button to shutdown. After this I am getting BSOD that keeps restarting and BSOD in a loop. The next boot loaded with repair options. I attempted to do startup repair and have been unsuccessful. How to get out of BSOD restart loop? Thanks!

Dell Inspiron 15 stuck in factory reset loop

I have a Dell Inspiration 15 with win 10. it was bogged and slow as syrup on 125 degree day. I did a factory reset. I followed the instructions went to settings, and just followed the steps. At some point during the reset it asked me about tpm2 settings...I had never seen that before so I followed the recommended choice and went to bed. When I got up it asked me for the usual stuff, location, language, time zone. Then it wanted the name of my WIFI and my password, which I gave. It restarted, then just kept on restarting asking me the first set of questions, language, time zone...over and over, it never asked for internet name or password again, . I can get in to the bios settings by using the f8 key.
Any suggestions? Hopefully...
OH I almost forgot, when you do a hard restart, it flashes a tpm2 settings error right before it starts with the dell screen and spinning dots

 

Windows 10 Factory Reset Restart Loop

So, recently, I preformed a factory reset on my computer, (windows 10) and now everytime I restart, it takes me to the same restart screen. This screen asks me which region I'm in, my timezone, and what keyboard language I prefer. Then when I click next, it takes me to another screen that tells me that there is a problem preventing windows from updating. It tells me I should connect to a wifi, and then click next to restart the program. Only after it "restarts", it takes me back to the same 'HI there's screen, where I have to put in language preferences and whatnot, and restart it again. It's stuck in this endless loop of restarting and I have absolutely no clue how to break it. There's barely any information online and frankly, this is my last resort. If you have any tips, please let me know.
