Windows 10: Restart loop

Please help!!



Everytime i open my laptop it always prompt at trouble shoot. Then i always click on start up settings , restart, f12 then it goes to menu i can choose from, i always choose 9 which is disable restart error .. then it will boot up and i can use my laptop but once i shut it down it will go again at trouble shoot. Then i will repeat again the start up settings restart.. pls help get out of this restart loop
