Windows 10: Restart looping

    Restart looping


    Windows 10 is your baby. It has a flaw. Can't you get those tech giants to create an up date that will fix this restart looping? I just got a new computer and loading in all the necessary software requires a lot of restarting. I've had to reload Windows twice now and found out today that there's creative ways around this. But I would think Microsoft would have fixed it by now. Please.
