    Restart problems, when hit F8 it requires BitLockerx


    suddenly my lap messaged me in a blue screen, problem ocurred, need to shut down, we'll restart for you.. thenno restart procedure found and when pressing F8, bitlocker key is required.. in my account THERE IS NO BITLOCKER no. how can i recover my lap?

    Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

    That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

    I suggest Option 1 is easier.

    If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

    Random restarts

    when you start the computer up press F8 repeatedly until you get a list of how to start windows, choose do not automatically restart on system failure. if your getting bsod's list what your getting here so we can further help you. IF the system is not getting bsod's and still restarting as you say then i would look into getting a line conditioner for your computer as you might be having power issues.
