    I encountered this problem while trying to restart my HP laptop yesterday, it got stuck in forever loop loading, I waited for 10-15 minutes then shut down it forcefully WIN+X+Power. Soon after that I noticed that it doesn't able to even shut down from windows UI too, it got stuck in infinite loop loading. Thus, I only left up with force shut down and turn on options. which is not goodAfter this, I'll like to dig more into the problem, I found a very unexpected behaviour where if I try to shutdown/restart the PC within the first 30 seconds roughly of fresh boot instantly after force shut

    Confusing Disk Boot Failure

    Well, Brand new Harddrive the western digital se16 caviar 640. Had a clean install, and while installing drivers and programs after a couple restarts I am receiving disk boot failure. Not the first restart or the second. Each time that it has given me the failure was after installing updates. I've system restored to before installing the updates and it works fine. It's a large list of around 38 or so updates. Granted may be a fluke but anyone heard of this?

    Slow shutdown and restart


    I have recently upgraded from Win 7 to Win 10.

    However, during a shutdown or restart, it takes 2-3 minutes for my computer to perform a fore mentioned.

    I get the "Shutting Down" or "Restarting" message for an age followed by a "cannot shutdown due to the following apps" message for a split second although the app's name is not shown nor listed.

    Is there a way to find out what this app is so I can uninstall/reinstall it?
