Windows 10: Restarted my computer after the reset was completed i entered my pin a message appeared...

from some reason i cant put screen shots so yeah :Hello ,i restarted my computer and after i finished the reset i tried to login into my microsoft account i entered the pin then i got a message that said "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded." tried to turn off the computer and then turn on didn't work. I saw a video to "How To Fix" this problem ,in the video the man said to go in safe mode , i got to the screen to select safe mode preesed 4 ,then i entered my pin i waited like 10 minutes after the 10 min the screen was black with a mouse clicker

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Can't enter PIN for Headset

I'm grateful for your replies. I obviously haven't done a good job of explaining. Here are snips of the windows involved. I have done all the steps suggested, but I can't directly enter the PIN in the larger window. That seems to be my only problem. Plantronics hasn't answered yet, but I'll hope they come through.

 

Entered an Incorrect PIN too Many Times

I will try waiting several days as you did. When steps are suggested they aren't understanding that there are no choice...the screen just says you have entered the wrong pin too many times....that's all. Then restart your computer. No other choices are
on the screen.
