Windows 10: Restarted my computer and now it forces me into startup settings but I can't leave, what do...

I've recently bought a new SSD that I wanted to move my windows to, to make a long story as short as possible;I used the media tool to set up windows 10 onto my SSD assuming that would work, as my PC booted up I had the default lockscreen, my icons weren't where I left them and my disk was running at 100%, there was also occasional stuttering from time to time so I scanned my PC through CMD which cleared up some corrupt files and the security setting which came up fine, I decided to run a full restart which gave me "the user profile service failed the sign-in" error, I went to safe mode to sor

@Samurai - Thanks for the suggestion, but how does this recommendaiton work with an already existing service? Because the service is already listed in the services list, it just refuses to start when set to "Automatic" when I startup or restart the computer. By the looks of the "runaservice" download, it will create a whole new service in the services list, as if I don't currently have one.

 

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.

Click the Advanced tab.

Under Startup and Recovery, click Settings to open the Startup and Recovery dialog box.

Clear the Automatically restart check box, and click OK the necessary number of times.

5.


Restart your computer for the settings to take effect.
