Windows 10: Restarting password or don’t see account

I am currently at a screen that says “This list only shows administrator accounts that have previously signed into this PC.” When I click restart, I see the dots loading in a circle, then it says preparing automatic repair. When I let it load, it brings me back to the same screen, select account where my brother doesn’t know his password and I have to restart the PC over and over again. It’s a loop.

I can't get text messages. & Also don`t change my account password

I can't get text messages for a verification code & also don`t know about recovery code. & Also don`t Change my account password please guide us.

My account sometime is asking for a password but i don t have one , i restart the pc and than it doesn t require anymore

So it did solve the problem with double accounts but as i thought , it didn t with the password but now it shows "Want to sign in more faster and more securely ? Enter your password to set up Windows Hello"is like they recommend to set a password , but
i don t want to !! Is any way i can stop this ?

So my first question is how does that works ? I have my own Microsoft account that i used for quite a long time from now and sometime ( purely random) when i start my pc is asking for a password, but i never set one !! I restart the pc and than it doesn
t need it anymore , it just went to the dekstop and is all good , this happens like once or twice a week and yea , i don t really know what to do . And my second question is that ( this could solve the first one tbh) when i do get that password on the bottom
left corner it shows me 2 more accounts with no photo (i do have one on the main one ) and the same name that requires a password to enter on them , but after i get over the password thingy on the main account i went to search if there are really any othere
accounts logged to this pc but there aren't , so why do does 2 accounts show on the bottom left corner ? why do they require a password ?
