    Restarting WIN10 Laptop Completely to erase all data and everything to get my laptop ready...


    I need help, after the complete erase restart it's back to where i was nothing changed. Shows my lock screen and user and prompts me to enter my password for the profile and shows up an error ""could not be loaded", i cannot get the windows screen, where you can setup it all up like a brand new laptop, please help me.It only gets to 26% then it's at 26% for like 6 minutes then it's undoing changes and restarting two times then I'm back to the lock screen help me.

    I am planning to Sell my Laptop having Windows 10 and before doing that I want to ensure that I erase all the Data except for the Windows 10. Request if somone may please share how to go about that

    1. I am aware of the recovery option

    2. I want to know HOW DO I COMPLETELY Delete the Data from my TWO LOGICAL Partitions - Would Like to know the STEPS.
