Windows 10: Restore access to other User Accounts on PC running Win 11

However, I can't open any of the files in either of the other 2 User Accounts from the Administrator Account.I have thoroughly checked

For some other unexplained reason, my personal user account on my PC running win 10 can now access my company user account.

Unfortunately, my laptop running win 11 cannot . . . even though the permissions seem fine . . . as per this screenprint (with the details in red changed, to protect the innocent):





However, I am confused by the 4th entry with its long string of numbers. Could this be the problem? Can this be simply removed without any problem?

Further, could you please explain what I might be looking for if I have to do a clean boot?

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

How to remove Guest account?


Try these steps and you should be able to delete the guest account:

1. Press the WIN + X keys and select "Command Prompt (Admin)" from the Quick Access menu.
2. At the Command Prompt, run this command: Code:

   net user Guest /del
