Windows 10: Restore boot on windows 11

I have set up my windows system to use dual boot using Visual BCD Editor. I tried to dual-boot into Windows 11 and Ubuntu, but I run into trouble, and I am not able to find how I can solve it.Booting into Windows worked like a dream, but when I tried to boot into Ubuntu, I did not succeed and only got the grub> prompt. By mistake I set Ubuntu as primary boot, and timeout to 0, so now I am not able to boot Windows at all, though the bootloader seem to do what it is expected to do, except the Ubuntu boot does not work.I have tried to run an installation USB and from the command prompt run 1 b

Restoring Windows 10 Image using Macrium Reflect


In addition to the above. Here's my suggestion in step by step.
I assume you have Macrium Installed in your current HD and already made a backup copy.

1. Connect your new HD via USB port and boot up.
2. Run Macrium, click on Restore tab then select the Backup Image that you made to restore
3. click on "select a different target disk" then select your new HD as destination
   
   
   
4. Proceed to restore then Shutdown and disconnect the old HD and replace with the new HD
5. Boot up with your new HD.

Turn off system restore in XP altogether...or if you dont want to, AsRocks suggestion should work :\
