    My laptop has two internal disks, one M.2 SSD for the OS and a SSD Sata for the raw data.I wanted to upgrade my primary disk type M.2 SSD, so I created a recovery unit and then replaced the old M.2 SSD by a new one.Everything was fine while recovering the system from the external unit until I realised that, for some reason, the system did not detect the new M.2 SSD and installed the OS in the secondary SSD Sata, removing all the previous data. After that, I reassemble the old M.2 SSD so now I boot from my original OS.Is there a way to recover part of the files from the SSD sata? I assume that

    So my setup. I have 2 drives in my computer an SSD and HDD. The SSD came shipped with my computer and I installed the HDD as a secondary drive. I've been using it as storage for all my pictures music etc. I've also installed a couple programs on there. My question is if I do a system restore can I do it without wiping out the secondary drive? How would I go about doing it? Step by step. What would happen to the program's installed on there after the restore?

    Data Recovery for Mac (OSX Capitan) ?

    Anybody knows of a good data recovery software for mac? Preferably free?

    I use Active@ Data Recovery for Windows, but honestly no idea what to use for Mac OSX.

    Any suggestions?
