Windows 10: Restore Deleted Original Administrative User Account & Files

Hello,I created a new administrative user account with my original administrative account and then I went ahead and deleted the original administrative account with that new administration account I had just created. I did this before pulling some of the data I needed from the old account and putting it on the new account.Is there a way to restore that old administrative account and it's data? Or is there anyway to even just restore the old data and put it on my new account?Please help me out with this.

Does anyone know how to delete an administrator account from another os on another partition (or using a live cd)?

I dont have access to the administrator account and i need to remove the other administrator account

more info : when logon screen appear ,user name:administrator (depend os language ) without password --- now you are a super administrator

I have an operating system with three accounts on it, 2 administrators and 1 limited
I need to delete one of the administrators but i have no access to the other
I can plug the hard drive into other computers to access it from there
