Discus and support restore file association of .cur file back to unknown file in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I love using custom cursors.     I love using custom cursors. Once I had accidently changed the file association to 'Greenfish Icon Editor Pro'. Now am not able to change it back to the unknown file, I want to do this so that I can share the file with my friends.

    *.dll files associated with other file in Windows7

    Sounds strange, right?
    Well the "picture" when in viewing a .dll file is incorrect, and I can compare it to the other accound on my system. I don't know if there is anything "wrong" with it, but lately some programs stopped working.

    Can I somehoew, make them associated to correct "files"?

    Deleted file restore software.

    I cant remember if it recovers old files OR leaves new files on the computer even after you do the restore. I havent used it in a while.

    Are you talking about the icon for .dll files?

    They are usually tied to a specific executable through the registry... have you been tweeking your system, or noticed any instability lately, pointing to memory or HDD data corruption?
