    I have had troubles with MS Photos opening .jpg & HEIC photos. So I deleted the App and now I can't seem to reinstall the MS Photos App. I tried the Microsoft Store, and not sure what App to install. I tried one and when I tried to install it, up came a notice that said "Check your Connection". I know that my internet is good and working. How would I have connected with the MS Store?Can anyone help me on this, please. I have about 500+ pictures on my iPhone from my vacation that I transferred to my PC and can't open any of them.Thanks,Tony

    Cannot install Microsoft Store apps on new Surface Pro 7

    I just purchased a new Surface Pro and I cannot install any apps from the Microsoft Store. I've reset the Store app several times, updated the computer (I'm "up to date"), confirmed that my new device is listed in the Store, turned the BITS (?) system to
    run automatically, ran troubleshoot for the Store, and a few other things.

    The funny thing is that I just installed the apps that I'm looking to install on my old Surface Pro 4, without any issues.

    Any suggestions?

    • How are the Photos linked to the Surface Pro?
    • When you say, “lost link of photos from iPhone 8plus to surface pro” are the photos missing from the Surface?


    If you are using iTunes to sync the photos from your iPhone to the Surface Pro, please refer the section
    Import to your PC from the Apple article
    Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch    .

    Cannot download the NFL App on Surface Pro 7

    Recently bought a new Surface Pro 7 and I quickly realized that the NFL App is not downloadable on the Surface Pro. Why is this happening and is there any way to work around it? I had no problem downloading the app on my 2015 Chromebook but I cannot on
    this brand new Surface Pro. My Windows 10 is also up to date. Any suggestions?
