    My restore points are being deleted??!!

    Hi Kathryn,

    Are you running any third party defrag or registery cleaners? These programs can remove restore points.

    Also Antivirus programs.

    I see you have done all the basic troubleshooting. Sometime upgrading to latest version it may damage windows registery and after that regardless how much trubleshooting you do pc suite it doesnt correct issues with registery. Best thing and easy thing
    for you right now just do windows recovery and restore windows to a day where every thing was working fine. That will correct the problem.

    That would be correct. The restore point will restore the registry to the state it was in when the restore point was created. *Smile
