Windows 10: Restore Windows 11 Windows Default Sound Scheme?

I was messing around with the sounds on Windows 11 and I found a really cool Sound Scheme online called JARVIS AI. I would like to use the Windows Default Sound Scheme again, but when I select Windows Default most of the sound files are not listed. I believe the sound files .wav are located in C:\Windows\Media, but I'm not sure which sound files coincide with each Program Event. Is there any way to restore the Windows Default Sound Scheme? Or can someone provide a list of each Program Event and the coinciding sound file locations for Windows 11?Thank you.

I would like to inform you that when you when you download any anything from the internet it be stored in the download folder.

I suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps:

• 
  Press Windows+X key on the keyboard and hit
  Enter.
  
• 
  Click on Control panel and select
  Sound.
  
• 
  Click on Sound Tab.
  
• 
  Under Sound Scheme select
  No Sound.
  
• 
  Under the program event window select the program for which you want to change the sound scheme.
  
• 
  Then click on browse and in the left pane select
  downloads.

Sound Scheme not Working

Could you please help me with the below questions:

1. Are you aware of any changes happened on the computer prior to this issue?
   
2. Which version of Windows you are using? (To check, type: winver in start menu and hit enter.)
   

I suggest you to follow the troubleshooting steps mentioned below:

Method 1: Check the system sound.

1. Tap on the Windows key on your keyboard.
2. Type: Volume Mixer.
3. Set the slider option for System sounds to
   high.
4. Now, close the window and check for the issue.
   

Method 2: Restore to defaults.

1. Press Windows and
   R key together on your Keyboard.
2. Type Control and hit enter.
3. Open Hardware and Sound > Choose Sound.
   
4. Click on Sounds tab.
5. Select Windows default under Sound schemes.
   
6. Click on Apply and Ok. Restart the computer and check for the issue.

Windows 10 without sound scheme??

Hello guys, i'm having some trouble with windows 10 sound scheme, the Windows Default scheme is empty! there's just 2 options, default or no sound... since i installed windows 10 i'm having this issue

how can i restore the default scheme? i can't even set an alarm.
