  1. Restore

I have a Dell 16" tablet. I was having trouble and it was recommended that I restore to a previous point. I tried to restore and that failed. It then was recommended to disable my firewall and my antivirus settings and so I did and then started it back up in safe mode and went to restore it to a previous point and that point came up as today so the option it gave me was to remove today's restore point and go back to the previous one. That's what I am trying and it seems to be stuck now for about 2 and 1/2 hours. It just spools and tells me please wait while your windows files and settings are

    :)

Restoring Windows 10 Image using Macrium Reflect

In addition to the above. Here's my suggestion in step by step.
I assume you have Macrium Installed in your current HD and already made a backup copy.
    1. Connect your new HD via USB port and boot up.
    2. Run Macrium, click on Restore tab then select the Backup Image that you made to restore
    3. click on "select a different target disk" then select your new HD as destination

    4. Proceed to restore then Shutdown and disconnect the old HD and replace with the new HD
    5. Boot up with your new HD.
